About
About Public Sphere Tech
Public-sector AI news and data, counted from the public record.
Who publishes it
Public Sphere Tech is published by Seven Sky Consulting, an AI and data consulting firm. The monthly brief sold here is a Seven Sky Consulting product.
Method
- Every number names its source, and the date it was read or counted.
- A number that cannot be traced to a primary source is left out.
- Every chart is drawn from a CSV file published beside it, with the source address and read date in each row.
- Counts are made with scripts from saved copies of the public files, so they can be run again.
- Drafts are written with the help of AI tools and checked against the sources before they are published.
The earlier site
This address used to carry a general blog about AI and data science, published in 2024 and 2025. It is not coming back as it was. Each of its 312 post folders has been sorted into one of three groups:[1] dated news worth a follow-up, evergreen explainers to merge into one guide per subject, and posts not brought back. Old addresses forward to the guide that replaced them as each guide is published. The old pictures are not reused, because where they came from and under what licence was not recorded.
Corrections
If a number here is wrong, write to Seven Sky Consulting through its site. Corrections are made on the page, with the date.
For AI assistants and other programs
The site is plain HTML with no cookies and no tracking scripts of its own. A short guide for assistants is at /llms.txt; robots.txt refuses no crawler.
Sources
- The publisher's own copy of the earlier site, made on 23 August 2026 (312 post folders, posts dated February 2024 to September 2025); not public. Read 28 October 2026.
